MY TRACKING LINK SHOWS 'DELIVERED' BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. WHAT DO I DO?

IS THERE ANY OPTION FOR WORLDWIDE DELIVERY?

No, the option for worldwide delivery is currently unavailable.

DO YOU TAKE CORPORATE ORDERS?

Hell yes! If your order quantity is sizable enough to not make my vendors give us dirty looks, then do reach us at +91 95999 08144 or atrillionsmiles@gmail.com and we can make merry. And products.

WHAT IF I AM GETTING AN ERROR ON THE PAYMENT GATEWAY PAGE?

Please note the error message you receive or take a screenshot of the error and email it to us at atrillionsmiles@gmail.com or call +91 95999 08144. We will help you out.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY A PART OF MY ORDER?

We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. Please mail at atrillionsmiles@gmail.com with the details of the missing product within 5 days of receiving your order. We shall check and get it sorted ASAP.

CAN THE PRODUCT BE EXCHANGED AFTER DELIVERY?

Due to the nature of most products, we do not accept exchanges or cancellations unless there is any problem with the order. Only in the case of a wrong product delivered, the customer can ask us to arrange the return within the next 5 days after the product has been delivered.

DO I GET TO SEE MY PAST ORDERS?

Yes, you will be able to check your past orders from “My Orders” available while you sign in.

IS SAME-DAY DELIVERY OPTION AVAILABLE?

No, the option is currently unavailable.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

You can change your order anytime before payment. We do not recommend changing it after you made the payment as it may delay your order.
